How long will my order take to arrive?

Every AWGY item is made-to-order through our U.S.-based print-on-demand partner. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days for apparel. Once shipped, U.S. delivery takes around 3–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. AWGY currently ships only within the United States. As our movement grows, we plan to expand globally, because the question “Are We Great Yet?” resonates far beyond borders.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t shown up, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it's lost in transit, contact us at info@awgy.store and we’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because every AWGY product is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind. This reduces waste and supports sustainable, intentional shopping.

What if my item is damaged or misprinted?

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, email us within 14 days at returns@awgy.store with a photo and order number. We’ll replace or refund it, no hassle, no hoops.
